PAYMENT/ORDERS

Q: How can I pay for my purchase?
A: We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. PayPal is a secure and easy way to pay online. We highly recommend this option for all customers.

The other option you may wish to use is direct deposit via bank transfer. Please Contact Us if this is your preference.

Q: Do you accept orders over the phone?
A: Yes we do. If you are unsure about ordering online, call us on 0403 858 873 and we will help you process your order.

Q: I am having trouble ordering on your website. What do I do?
A: Computer glitches do happen although infrequently. Please Contact Us

and we will help you process your order.

Q: Can I e-mail my order through?
A: Yes you can. Simply Email the items/sizes you wish to purchase and your contact details, and we will be in touch within 24 hours. However, we cannot guarantee that the items you wish to order will still be in stock as other customers may purchase them during this time.

Q: When will my order be dispatched?
A: All orders received and paid for in full will be dispatched within 48 hours if not earlier. We will inform you if we encounter any delays.

Q: What is pre-order?
A: Pre-order is making an advance purchase on an item/s that is scheduled to ship at a later date. This is a wonderful way to secure some of your favourite pieces from a particular designer.  

Q: Can I purchase in stock items as well as pre-order items at the same time (in one order)?
A: Yes you can but do note that your entire order will ship when your pre-order item/s arrives. If you require the in stock item/s to be dispatched within 48 hours, please place them in separate orders. Alternatively, contact us and we can help you with this. 

SHIPPING

Q: What method of shipment do you use?
A: We use Australia Post for all our shipments. A flat rate of AUD10.00 is charged and orders AUD150.00 and above ship for FREE. Please allow between 2-10 business days for your order to arrive (depending on address). Country addresses may take longer. We try our best to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible so you can continue to enjoy our products.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do. A flat rate of AUD30.00 is charged and if your country is not listed but you would like to place an order, please contact us at info@raindropsandroses.com.au. All international orders are shipped via regular Australia Post Air Mail. Please allow between 10-21 business days depending on address. Bulky items/registered packages may incur extra costs and we will make contact beforehand.

Q: Do you ship to a different address?
A: Yes we do. We endeavour to make gift-giving hassle-free for our customers. As long as your Billing Address matches your Credit Card Address, we can ship it to a different Shipping Address. If you have any other enquiries, please Contact Us.


RETURNS

Q: What if I change my mind and need to make a return/exchange?
A: We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. Simply Contact Us within 7 days of receipt of order so we can assist you. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs should this be the case.

FULL PRICED ITEMS - eligible for exchange, credit note or refund.

SALE ITEMS - eligible for exchange or credit note. 

SAMPLE DRESS/ITEMS - sale is final.

All items returned for an exchange or refund must reach us within a reasonable period of time and accompanied by proof of purchase, in its original condition, unused, unworn and with tags/labels attached.

Q: Who will be responsible for shipping costs if the item is faulty or sent wrongly?
A: We will. We apologise in advance for the human error! Please Contact Us within 7 days of receipt of order so we can help you.


GIFT WRAP

Q: Do you offer gift-wrapping services?
A: Every order comes beautifully packaged in tissue and ribbon but if you want an item to be extra especially special, we can gift-wrap it for a small charge of AUD5.00. (Please see Terms & Conditions). This includes wrapping paper, scatters, ribbons and a small gift card for a short and sweet message. This option is available at Check Out.
